Yesterday I posted about Speed Dial addon for Firefox. Its very easy if want to visit regular sites that you use.But what if you have tons of sites that you vsit, putting them in speed dial wont be easy because when you open a new tab you would be having tons of tumbnails or if you choose ctrl+number then you have to remember each site’s number.
Its better to use a keyword ,ie, 1or 2 letters, than to remember numbers. For example, It would be better to write w instead of en.wikipedia.org to go to wikipedia!! To do like this, first bookmark the site you want. Then type ctrl+b to open bookmarks in sidebar. Then select the bookmark you want & right click on it.Then select properties.

Then type the keyword you want to have in keyword box & then click save changes.

Thats it, now type the keyword you want in the address bar & will go to the corresponding website!!
This might a simple thing but many people don’t know about this!!
