Run Multiple Google Talk Client Simultaneously

Have two or more gmail accounts & you want to chat with your google talk friends who are spread out in different accounts ?? but not able to open two Google talk clients?? Don’t worry.With a little tweak you can open multiple accounts!!

Open run by clicking on start menu & then clicking run.In the box copy & paste “C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe” /nomutex & then press enter. Do the same thing to open another google talk client.

If you are going to use multiple google talk clients regularly then its better to create a shortcut in your desktop.If you have already a google talk client shortcut in your desktop, then right-click on it then click on properties.On the box that opens up change whatever is there in target box to “C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe” /nomutex.

If you don’t have a google talk client shortcut in your desktop then create a shorcut.To create a shortcut, right-click on the desktop & choose new & click on shortcut. Now select google talk client & then add / nomutex to make the address look like this “C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe” /nomutex. & then click next.Type in the name you want & click finish.A Gtalk shortcut will be added to your desktop.Now you can open multiple google talk clients just by clicking on it!!

Its a nice little trick to open multiple gtalks!!
