Foxy tunes

Do you listen to songs while using firefox?? But hate to have change between programs?? Then have your music player in firefox!! FoxyTunes add-on for both firefox and IE. Here i will be talking about foxytunes for Firefox. Get Foxytunes for IE here. Foxytunes add-on adds a small music toolbar to firefox which can be placed on the status bar or on a toolbar in firefox. First you will see a small orange button on your status bas with two arrows on both its side.Clicking on those arrows will show you the contol menu nad the name of the song currently playing.

Click on the orange button choose player, and then select the player you have. That player will open up. Select the songs you want to hear & allow it to play & then minimise it. Now use the controls in foxytunes to control the song!!

You can keep alarm clock in it, so that you can listen to songs at a specific time.There is even a sleep timer, so that you can stop listening to songs at the time you want. To do so just click on the orange button & then choose extras. It even shows you the lyrics for the song you are currently listening to!! Just click on the button with an arrow pointing upwards & it will take you to foxytunes planet where ther will be info on song,videos on youtube about the song, its lyrics & many more!!

Let others know which song you are listening to. Foxytunes allows you to add music signature to email, blog & forum. It adds a small button on the bottom of your compose box for emailing so that you can add signatures!!

If you are into twittering, then add twittytunes to foxytunes & you can post your current playing song in twitter. To activate this service, click on the orange button & then choose extras & then click on twittytunes. It will get installed & a button will come in the firefox status bar, just click it and a box will open up with details about song that you are currently listening to & just click on post to post it to twitter. A box will open asking your login id & password for twitter. Enter them & click ok to send.

If you want to get some info on the song that you are listening to just click on the search button near the name of the song you are listening to.It even supports skins.Just choose the skin you want by clicking on the orange button, choose extras & then click on skin. It will lead you to their skins page on the web.Choose the skin you want & then click on install to install the skin.

It even gives you a Foxytune mini desktop widget that you can have on your desktop with its own tabbed mini browser!!To open it just click on the orange button & then click on open foxytunes mini.
